Synopsis
In 2014, Shibuya becomes an independent nation, a chaotic city where only young people reside. Life essentials like electricity, water, and food are transported through pipelines from Shibuya. In this city, there are individuals known as "Prayers" who earn money through musical battles. They convert music into electric signals, inject them into their brains, and destroy each other's minds and bodies.
