Synopsis
After the First-Class Mage Exam, the trio—elven mage Frieren, warrior Stark, and first-class mage Fern—ventures into the dangerous Northern Plateau. As they journey toward Aureole, formidable foes challenge Stark, strengthening his resolve and solidifying his role as the party's frontliner. Meanwhile, Fern cherishes the gifts she has received, each a reminder of those she holds dear. Frieren, still honoring her vow to understand humanity, revisits memories of her journey with the Hero's party and her brief encounter with a legendary figure. Reflecting on the passage of time, she questions whether she has truly changed, yet her subtle choices hint at her growing humanity.
