Synopsis
Five centuries after Earth's destruction, humanity lives in a logical society in space, governed by supercomputers. At 14, children take an 'Adulthood Exam', but Jomy Marquis Shin discovers his childhood memories are to be erased. He hears Soldier Blue, the leader of the espers known as the 'Mu', urging him to hold onto his memories. Jomy escapes on a Mu ship, learning he is an esper and sentenced to death. Soldier Blue transfers his memories to Jomy, naming him the new leader of the Mu. Jomy must choose between keeping the Mu hidden or declaring war on humanity to return to Terra.
