Synopsis
Set in 2142, Wonderful Days portrays a world nearly destroyed by environmental pollution. Human life as we know it is nearly extinct, and only a few survived the collapse of Earth's ecosystem. To manage the chaos, a city named Ecoban was established. The city utilizes the very pollution that caused the disaster as an energy source.
Background
During the production of Wonderful Days, one of two available prototypes of the Frazier lens was used during filming. The film was shown at many festivals, including the Cannes Film Festival in 2003, the Venice Film Festival in 2004, and the Tokyo Film Festival in 2004.
