Synopsis
The city of Yokohama has become a haven for biker gangs. Among them, the "Crazy Babies" gang is led by a 17-year-old named Hiromi Katayama, known for his strength and strong moral code. When a young rookie named Toshi Ikeda seeks to join the gang, he swears to uphold its ideals and vows not to fight anyone for his first probationary month. However, Ikeda's fiery nature soon leads him into a fight, sparking a feud between the Kanagawa gangs and the dangerous Nagoya-based group, The Dragon Star Crew, who aim to take over Kanto. Can Katayama defend Yokohama from the encroaching hoodlums?
