Synopsis
In a city filled with anthropomorphic cat-people, Catman lives free of rules and boundaries, doing everything he wants, which often leads to conflicts with the other inhabitants. Catman is bold: it's made in Flash, a rare sight nowadays; there's no spoken dialogue, but it's subtitled in Japanese and English, and it features an original soundtrack created specifically for the series.
