Synopsis
One year after the second defeat of the Spirit of Dark Power, My Melody and her friends returned to Mariland until Baku caused chaos in the flower field, spreading black notes across Mari Land and the human world. The high court of Mariland was established, and the king was removed from the throne. When it was time to choose the next ruler, a black note turned the minister into a "Huff-Huff," a remnant of Dar-chan. My Melody refreshed him and was selected as a candidate for princess. However, she must pass a trial by turning all the black notes into Twinkle Gems for her crown. Upon hearing this, Kuromi was furious as she also wanted to become the princess. A mysterious woman then appeared with an intriguing offer, and Kuromi decided to collect Anger Gems to become the Dark Princess and rule over Mari Land. The two set out to the human world to collect every black note for their respective goals. Unbeknownst to everyone, the spirit of darkness will rise again, intending to plunge both Earth and Mariland into eternal darkness.
