Synopsis
Yat-chan, now a ghost with supernatural powers, uses a laser beam from his finger to teach people traffic rules, though they cannot see or hear him. He follows Ken-chan, a boy who resembles him and acts similarly irresponsibly near traffic. Yat-chan saves Ken-chan's life and helps others, such as an elderly woman struggling to cross the road.
