Sinopsis
Kazunari Usa, a high school freshman, is excited to start living alone as his parents work in a different area. However, his new boarding house, Kawai Complex, is far from ordinary. The tenants are quite eccentric: his roommate Shirosaki is a pervert and masochist, Mayumi Nishikino is a borderline alcoholic office lady with bad luck in love, and Sayaka Watanabe, a seemingly innocent college student, enjoys leading men on. Shocked by the lack of decent individuals, Kazunari is about to leave when he meets Ritsu Kawai, a shy senior student, and finds himself falling for her.
