Sinopsis
In the year 336 of the Space Century on the planet Sieren, Flora Rain, a blind woman, works at an elementary school and is beloved by her students and the town's people. She meets a mysterious youth named Locke, who possesses numerous superpowers but appears ordinary. When Major Caliann requests Locke's assistance in investigating Lordleon and his space pirates, Locke joins the Union to uncover the truth behind the attacks on the Astoria Concern.
