Sinopsis
Claude, the cloud maker, accidentally drops his cloud-making gadget, which is picked up by Yin. A thunder cloud created by Yin releases a thunderbolt on the radio, causing a fire. As the gadget transforms into a huge water-thirsty cloud monster, Claude must stop it from becoming a total disaster.
