Sinopsis

Peace has returned to Ikebukuro, but strange occurrences remain common. The police constantly pursue Celty Sturluson, the Headless Rider, and a bounty on her ignites the motivation of gang members to search for the supernatural creature. Meanwhile, Mikado Ryuugamine is approached by Aoba Kuronuma, who reveals he knows Mikado's true identity. However, tranquility is short-lived as a new threat emerges in the form of a murderer known as "Hollywood," who wears a different mask with each crime. As events prove to be connected, Ikebukuro is thrown into another conflict that threatens to engulf the city in chaos.
