Sinopsis

Eternal Family is the world's most popular reality show, featuring five societal dropouts living with an actor. These individuals, ranging from those with eccentric personalities or troubled pasts to abandoned children, were implanted with false memories to believe they formed a family. Despite their memories being overwritten, their outcast characteristics remain, leading to a highly chaotic lifestyle. However, when an accident causes the facility detaining them to break down, the family finds themselves on the streets. Now, returning to their captivity seems like an impossible task.

Originally released as a 25-second 53-episode series for television commercials, Eikyuu Kazoku was later combined into a single 28-minute episode, released on DVD by NBC Universal Entertainment on July 23, 2004.
