Sinopsis
While fishing with their father, Kitty and Mimmy learn about the secrets of a nearby lake. At night, they encounter a creature resembling the Loch Ness Monster and a fairy. The creature wants to leave the lake due to pollution, which is also driving away the fish. The girls enlist the help of a wise old witch to grant the creature the ability to fly and clean the lake. With the lake restored, the creature can finally live happily.
