Sinopsis
Kitty and Mimmy were supposed to spend a fun day with their Papa. However, he receives a call from the town counsel requesting his help to build a flood wall to protect the town from an approaching typhoon. Kitty is upset that Papa has to cancel their plans and declares that she hates him. Mimmy, understanding that Papa is trying to save their lives, attempts to make Kitty see the situation from this perspective by standing up to her sister's tantrum.
