Sinopsis
Kazuki Mai, an elementary schoolgirl, aspired to be a magician but lacked the skills to join her grandparents' Magiccarat troupe. One day, she encounters a light that enters a strange heart-shaped mirror, revealing a mirror fairy named Topo. Topo takes over her favorite stuffed toy, a flying squirrel, and gives her a bracelet with the four card suits. The bracelet transforms into a bubble wand, allowing Mai to become the 18-year-old magician Magical Emi, who uses her magic to help people and participate in her grandparents' shows.
