Sinopsis
A scientific animation and the second project of Anime Innovation Tokyo, THINK Corporation, and Tokyo Metropolitan Government's initiative to sponsor animation works by independent animators or small studios. What do you think is the world's fastest mode of transportation? Haley, a student at a school of wizardry, spends his time racing with friends on flying broomsticks. One day, his teacher introduces magic goggles that measure the speed of moving objects. Haley and his friends compete to find the fastest moving animal. Peter, frustrated after losing, challenges Haley to another race. They take an advanced magic broomstick into the human world to discover the fastest moving object.
