Sinopsis
The twenty-eighth film in the Meitantei Conan series. An old acquaintance of Mouri Kogoro reopens an investigation into the incident that left Inspector Yamato scarred. This time, not only Nagano's police are involved, but also Tokyo MPD, CSICE, and PSB, along with Edogawa Conan, the detective boys, and the sleeping detective, in a plot filled with assassination attempts. In the cold winter of Nagano, Conan must uncover the truth behind the incident that injured Yamato ten months ago, as well as the subsequent murders and attempts, with the help of the Nagano police team, Mouri's shooting skills, and the PSB's knowledge.
