Sinopsis
Pikachu and his friends enjoy a picnic when they stumble upon a Ghost Festival. Inside, they encounter Ghost Pokemon and others like Koffing, Lickitung, Ditto, and Cubone. Meowth also discovers the festival and is terrified. Pikachu befriends the ghosts, and together they work to scare Meowth out of the festival.
