Sinopsis

In a remote corner of the universe, intergalactic criminal Kain escapes prison and destroys the Galaxy Police Headquarters. Basking in the chaos he has caused, Kain sets his sights on a greater prize awaiting him on Earth. Meanwhile, Tenchi Masaki and his crew watch old home videos of his mother, Achika. As the film plays, Achika gradually vanishes. While watching her fade away, Tenchi also begins to disappear. Thanks to a device created by Washuu Hakubi, Tenchi is not lost forever. The gang soon learns about Kain and deduces that he must have altered time, affecting Achika. To save himself and preserve the future, Tenchi travels back in time with the girls to protect his mother from her fate.
