Synopsis
This is the second story in the "Tiger Books" series. A young boy encounters a lonely little umbrella ghost wearing Geta. He promises the ghost that he will give it a pair of rain boots in exchange for three wishes. However, the boy grows up and completely forgets his promise. One day, he remembers the ghost and rushes back to the bridge in his hometown to find the Rain Boy. This is a touching, sweet hometown fantasy about a gentle ghost and a forgotten promise.
