Synopsis
In the third year of the Daye era, unrest stirred on the frontier as Emperor Yang of Sui made a northern tour to intimidate the western borders. Entrusted by an old friend, the escort Dao Ma accompanies the rebel leader Zhi Shilang to Chang'an to fulfill his ideal of saving the world from chaos.
