Synopsis
Two transfer students, Mitsuhashi Takashi and Itou Shinji, tired of their dull and unpopular lives, decide to use their arrival at a new school as an opportunity to reinvent themselves and become delinquents! Itou's sense of justice clashes with Mitsuhashi's mischievous ways, and they initially antagonize each other but soon become fast friends. The delinquent duo sets out on various misadventures to become the greatest delinquents in all of Japan!
