Synopsis
A decade after a mysterious meteorite impact, individuals known as "Rams Carriers" develop extraordinary abilities called "Rams". However, their survival depends on the "Mebius Dust" from a giant crystal, confining them to the town of Shinkatsushika. High school student Araki, his sister Stella, and childhood friend Olga form the team "Polis Hopper" to play a territory-conquering game. Their lives take a turn when Professor Yuda invites them to participate in a crucial experiment.
