Synopsis
This time's setting is near Hachijo-jima island, Tokyo, where engineers gather for the operation of "Pacific Buoy," an offshore facility connecting global security cameras. A test of a new face recognition system is underway. Meanwhile, Conan and the Detective Boys visit Hachijo-jima and receive a call about a Europol employee murdered by the Black Organization's Jin. Conan sneaks into the facility and finds a female engineer kidnapped by the organization. A USB drive with crucial information ends up in their hands, and a black shadow approaches Ai Haibara.
