Synopsis
The Hand Island no Bouken special takes place just before the events of One Piece Film Z and centers around a significant incident on "Hand Island" during the New World storyline. The story unfolds in "Cannon Town," where a parent and child work as craftspeople. The incident involves them and a commodore from a marine base. The special also includes a flashback to the first chapter of the manga, but with new animation.
