In the near future, technology has advanced significantly, making videophones and constant wireless internet access widely available. However, the government's negligence allows a skilled hacker to breach the national information archive. Using the stolen data, the hacker creates the Platonic Chain website, where people can discover information about themselves and others. News of the site spreads rapidly, and three young girls—Hitomi, Rika, and Kanae—gain access to it. This is a 15-minute special episode tied to the TV series, Platonic Chain.
