Mysterious incidents involving giant robots kidnapping high-level athletes have started occurring worldwide. Dr. Kim suspects his former colleague, Dr. Kaff, is behind these events. Though lacking proof, he knows only Dr. Kaff possesses the scientific knowledge and disdain for society required to execute such a plan. Fortunately, his own creation, Robot Taekwon V, piloted by his son and taekwondo champion Kim Hoon, is ready to protect humanity from Dr. Kaff's evil schemes.
