Synopsis
Set around the 1920s, the world is threatened by the darkness of demons. Only those with abundant spirit energy can save the Earth. The Flower Division, equipped with steam-powered machines and unique fighting techniques, is sent out to destroy the demons, as they are humanity's only hope for survival.

Sakura Taisen: Ouka Kenran is an original story based on the first Sakura Taisen game. It won the Packaged Work Award at the 1998 Animation Kobe Awards.
