Synopsis

After a terror attack, the Japanese government expands the powers of the Media Betterment Committee (MBC). Journalist Maki Orikuchi seeks the Library Defense Force's (LDF) protection for author Kurato Touma, whose novel resembles the terrorists' actions. Meanwhile, the LDF prepares to challenge the MBC's new authority, navigating both personal relationships and political turmoil.
