Sinossi
The story unfolds in the distant future, when civilization has declined. Hiyoko, a high school girl aiming to enter an art university, runs away from home after her father tries to discard her mother's keepsake drawings. She discovers a slum located in a stadium and meets Akira, the leader of the street children. The police attempt to demolish the stadium for the city's beautification. To resist the demolition, the people in the stadium plan to hold a street-art event "The Asylum Session". Hiyoko takes charge of a giant painting on the stadium.
