Sinossi
After suffering a shoulder injury, shy first-year university student Haruki Bandou decides to quit judo, despite his family owning a dojo. He doesn't expect his best friend Kazuma Hashimoto to also leave their university's judo club at the same time. Despite Haruki's protests, Kazuma has plans for a new and revolutionary activity: a cheerleading team made up of only men. Although hesitant, Haruki helps his friend set up the team. Through determination and support from their newfound club members, Haruki and Kazuma establish the Breakers, the first ever all-male cheerleading team of Meishiin University, slowly making history despite the prejudices and challenges they face.
Sfondo
The series is inspired by the real-life cheerleading team from Waseda University, called 'Shockers'. They're internationally ranked as a cheerleading team.
