Sinossi
The Takazis' only daughter, Keiko, was born with severe disabilities, including deafness, muteness, and mental handicaps. Her parents struggled to accept her condition, but their lives changed when Keiko entered a school for the deaf and mute. Not only did Keiko grow, but her parents also benefited from the friendship and cooperation of the teachers and friends. They established a group called "Donguri" to create a community workshop where handicapped people could become independent.
