Sinossi
Fuku-chan was a beloved newspaper comic strip character in Japan. The film depicts a submarine attack on an enemy cargo ship, but Japanese children particularly enjoyed the scenes of the kitchen crew preparing abundant food in the submarine kitchen, a luxury during the food shortages of the time.
