Sinossi
An Orb, simply referred to as It, is sent to Earth for observation. It can transform into beings whose reflections it captures, initially becoming a rock and then moss due to rising temperatures. It remains still until a wolf, near death, passes by. By taking the wolf's form, It gains awareness and begins to wander aimlessly. It soon encounters a young boy, the wolf's master, who is waiting for his tribe to return from a paradise in the south. Despite his loneliness, the boy hopes his loved ones remember him and that they will reunite one day. The boy decides to leave his home with It to find the paradise, following the traces left by his tribe. However, with his heavily injured body and no sign of his elder comrades, the boy's fate remains uncertain. Fumetsu no Anata e tells the story of an immortal being experiencing humanity, encountering various people and places throughout time.
