Sinossi

After winning tough races in Tochigi, Saitama, and Ibaraki, Project D—led by Ryousuke Takahashi—faces their next challenge: the Kanagawa prefecture, known as the holy land of street racing. Their opponents devise the "Four Lines of Defense" to stop Project D. Meanwhile, Takumi Fujiwara seeks to refine his skills after a narrow victory against Toshiya Joushima. The fate of Project D and the hopes of the Gunma Prefecture hang in the balance as they confront the skilled racers of Kanagawa.
