Sinossi
After 15 years of seclusion in a research facility, brothers Naoto and Naoya Kirihara escape when the psychic barrier separating them from the outside world collapses. Abandoned by their parents due to their supernatural powers, the siblings strive for a normal life. However, they are soon forced to use their abilities to save lives as the "minus energy" engulfs the world and psychic-related crimes increase. Naoya struggles with his mind-reading abilities, while Naoto's unstable psychokinetic powers have hurt those close to him. With the help of Shouko Futami, who can see the future, the Kirihara brothers must thwart the plans of an organization linked to harmful events involving gifted individuals.

Night Head Genesis is an adaptation of the 1992 Japanese television drama Night Head. The series was released on DVD in five volumes by Media Blasters from October 28, 2008 to May 12, 2009.
