In 2060, the World Organization forms a crisis bureau to address various supernatural crises, selecting elite agents worldwide. The Dangerous Situation unit, known as the Phantom, is ambushed by the Derek Squad during a treasure-receiving task, resulting in nearly all members being killed. Hyway, the captain, is left for dead but survives due to the Immortal Stone entering Haoyuan's body, granting him time-manipulation abilities. Haoyuan lives as a fugitive, avoiding his past and protecting Gu Xiaoxi, his comrade's sister. However, a blue virus outbreak in City Y infects Gu Xiaoxi, prompting Hyway to return to the crisis situation. Joined by secret agent Yu Jie-Xia Rou, genius Loli-Tong Xiaoxiao, and gangster Zhan Peng, they form an alternative Phantom team to solve the blue virus incident and save Gu Xiaoxi.
