Sinossi
In Otomo City, where freedom and justice have faded, a Grim Reaper-like figure named Skull Man brings chaos and death. Journalist Minagami Hayato and photographer Kiriko Mamiya investigate a bizarre slaying and must stalk this predator through a corrupt city. They uncover a secret that has turned the city into a tomb, and vengeance comes in the form of a living Death's-Head.
