Sinopse
Como o irmão mais novo do astro do futebol japonês Seisuke Kanou, Kyousuke sempre foi esperado para crescer como jogador de futebol no mesmo ritmo que seu irmão—uma expectativa que se mostrou muito difícil de cumprir. Tendo ficado para trás, ele agora vive à sombra do sucesso de seu irmão. Entrando em seu primeiro ano no Ensino Médio da Escola Jouyou Akanegaoka, Kyousuke jura nunca mais jogar futebol. No entanto, Miki Tsujiwaki, a capitã do time feminino de futebol, e Mori Kazuto, o gerente do time masculino, reconhecem o potencial de Kyousuke e querem vê-lo retornar ao jogo por seus próprios motivos.
