Sinopse
No primeiro dia na escola Nishi High School, a jovem Hiromi Oka, de 15 anos, é inspirada pela melhor jogadora Reika "Ochoufujin" Ryuuzaki a se dedicar ao tênis. Pouco depois de ingressar no clube de tênis da escola, ela conhece Jin Munakata, o novo treinador do clube. Munakata coloca todos sob um treinamento rigoroso que até mesmo deixa Ochoufujin envergonhada. Apesar das dificuldades, a determinação de Hiromi leva o treinador a selecioná-la como uma das principais jogadoras do clube. Por causa disso, Hiromi deve suportar a pressão dos colegas para se tornar uma jogadora de tênis de elite.
