Sinopse

Hikaru Hoshina, uma estudante do ensino fundamental com paixão pelo espaço e pelo oculto, desenha constelações em seu caderno quando um pequeno e fofo criatura chamada Fuwa aparece de repente. Fuwa, um alienígena com a capacidade de criar buracos de minhoca, é logo acompanhado por Lala Hagoromo e Prunce, que estão procurando as Precure, guerreiras lendárias que salvarão o universo. No entanto, os Notraiders, uma organização determinada a capturar Fuwa e seu poder, logo os seguem. Superada pelo desejo de proteger Fuwa, Hikaru se transforma em "Cure Star," uma das Precure. Juntas, elas devem repelir os Notraiders, descobrir o resto das Precure e encontrar as Star Color Pens, artefatos que acordarão as 12 Star Princess que mantêm o universo em equilíbrio.
