Synopsis
In a futuristic Tokyo, after a disaster, the "Special Public Security Fifth Division Third Mobile Assault Eighth Unit," or "Unit Eight," is a police squad that deals with criminals using dangerous wearable tech called "Willwear." Equipped with their own Willwear, the team is often criticized for their careless and protocol-breaking actions. Asami Kazari is sent by the government to join Unit Eight undercover, with special orders from higher-ups. Determined to find a group of incompetent fools, she instead discovers a team of well-meaning experts using effective, if unconventional, methods hindered by strict regulations. With their newest member, Unit Eight fights crime and faces unexpected challenges in Active Raid: Kidou Kyoushuushitsu Dai Hachi Gakari.
