Synopsis
A series of brutal murders known as "New Generation Madness" once caused widespread panic in Shibuya. At its peak, a sudden earthquake reduced the district to rubble, while leaving surrounding areas relatively unscathed. Six years later, in a newly rebuilt Shibuya, mysterious deaths begin to occur again. Third-year student Takuru Miyashiro soon realizes that the dates of the recent murders match those of the New Generation Madness incidents. He and several members of his school's newspaper club decide to investigate the mystery, only to find themselves in the middle of a new crime scene.
