Synopsis

After a bus hijacking, Yuuta Iridatsu finds his soul separated from his body and in the care of a mischievous cat spirit, Chiranosuke. As a spirit, Yuuta observes the residents of Korai House: Meika Daihatsu, a genius inventor; Mikatan Narugino, a cheerful idol; Ito Hikiotani, a shut-in NEET; and Rabura Chichibu, a spiritual medium. Chiranosuke reveals that Yuuta gains power by seeing panties, but if he sees another pair while still a spirit, it will cause an asteroid to crash into Earth. Yuuta must unravel the mysteries of Korai House and its residents while avoiding the ever-present threat of panties.
