Synopsis
In the cyber city of Tom Sawyer, society revolves around earning "Love," similar to receiving likes on social media. Citizens use a hologram device called Deco to exchange Love for public services and appearance-changing avatars. The government manages this system carefully, ensuring a peaceful life for the people, except for the occasional appearance of Phantom Zero, a mysterious criminal who resets all Love in their vicinity to zero. Berry, a mischievous girl fascinated by Phantom Zero, lives comfortably in Tom Sawyer until her Deco malfunctions, allowing her to see a camouflaged prankster named Hack. Believing Hack to be Phantom Zero, Berry chases after them and uncovers society's well-kept secrets. She discovers that Hack is not the only one living outside the system's rules, and the vibrant colors of Tom Sawyer hide a darker nature.
