Sinopsis
Takao Taniguchi, a junior high school student, suffered a finger injury during a baseball game, leaving him unable to play. Upon enrolling at Sumitani High School, he frequently observes the baseball club despite his inability to participate. The soccer club captain notices him and invites him to join, despite his lingering desire to play baseball. Although Taniguchi is new to soccer, his strong work ethic from junior high school becomes evident to his teammates. As he dedicates himself to soccer, he secretly umpires baseball games, unable to let go of his passion for the sport.
