Synopsis
Luffy and his crew arrive at the harbor of Anabaru, where a local casino is holding a competition with a huge monetary reward for the first to reach the finish line. Nami decides to participate, but there is a conspiracy behind the competition orchestrated by ex-military commander Gasparde. His plan is to lure all the pirates to the military base and send them to their deaths. Luffy and his gang must overcome numerous tests and tribulations to complete this dead-end adventure.
