Synopsis
A college student and his friends—Seitarou Higuchi, Akashi, Ozu, and Ryouko Hanuki—share various tales about a submarine capable of traveling through land, each trying to outdo the others in creativity. Their stories range from a journey to halt the melting of the ice caps to a quest to stop perverts from spying on girls, and even a fishing trip, leaving no topic off-limits.
